韩式炸鸡
材料
"鸡腿肉 2枚","片栗粉 适当","酒 1大匙","酱油 2大匙","蛋白 1个","牛奶 2大匙","天妇罗粉 3大匙","蒜泥 2大匙","水 150ml","酱油 2大匙","水饴 3-4大匙","糖(随自己喜好加减) 2小匙","韩国辣椒酱 3大匙","蕃茄酱 1大匙","蒜末 1大匙","洋葱末 1大匙"
做法

1: 鸡肉切适当大小后,和醃渍料一起放进塑胶袋中,放进冰箱让它醃制一晚

2: 炸之前在沾上太白粉

3: 用180度的油温炸约2分钟后一度取出,放置约4分钟后再度第二次油炸约40秒

4: 将酱汁的材料全部倒进锅子里

5: 稍为煮到有光泽感出来时,就把炸好的鸡块放进去一起煮

6: .一直煮到酱汁差不多收干时就完成了
