烤焗蕃茄猪排饭
材料
"猪排 2件","白饭 2-3碗","鸡蛋 2个","青豆 适量","洋葱 1/2个","青椒/红椒 1个","凤梨 2片","Mozzarella起司碎 适量","蕃茄膏 2大匙","糖 1小匙","盐 1小匙","水 100毫升","太白粉 1小匙"
做法

1: 将洋葱切碎,青红椒切丁,凤梨切小块。将调味料拌匀备用

2: 用松肉槌松肉,然后洒少许盐,黑胡椒粉在猪排两面

3: 热锅下油,煎猪排至两面金黄色,盛起备用

4: 再煎鸡蛋,下白饭及青豆拌匀,可加点盐或鸡粉调味。然后将饭放入烤盘内

5: 下少许油,炒洋葱,青红椒三分钟,加所有调味料,煮沸酱汁,试味,再加凤梨拌匀

6: 将猪排放在饭面上

7: 然后淋上蕃茄酱汁,要洒上起司碎(我再加了切达起司)。放入已预热220度烤箱,烤15至20分钟,至起司溶化,金黄酥脆即成!
