辣炒笋丁肉末
材料
"猪绞肉 80克","绿竹笋 1支","甜椒 60克","甜豆荚 10个","葱花 1支","蒜末 2瓣","麻油 适量","味噌 1匙","韩式辣椒酱 1匙","酱油 1/2匙","味淋 2匙","米酒 2匙"
做法

1: 笋子切丁,甜椒、甜豆荚切小块;葱白葱绿分开;调味料预先混合好备用

2: 锅内放麻油,先爆香葱白、蒜末,接着炒香绞肉

3: 待绞肉炒变色后,加入笋丁拌炒

4: 接着加点水、倒入预先拌好的调味料,盖上锅盖闷煮笋丁至熟

5: 最后加入甜椒、甜豆荚拌炒,起锅前再淋点麻油,洒上葱绿即可
