"皎白笋 500g","肉末或肉丝 50g","大蒜拍扁 2粒","切末辣椒 1根","姜末 1小匙","香菜末 1大匙","香菜末 1大匙","太白粉 少许","白胡椒粉 少许","酱油 1茶匙","糖 1/2茶匙","盐 1茶匙","乌醋 1茶匙","豆瓣酱 2茶匙","鸡高汤 半碗","邵兴酒 1大匙"
