味噌银芽猪肉蒸
材料
"梅花火锅肉片 150g","豆芽菜 100g","葱花 1支","盐 少许","黑胡椒 少许","米酒 2大匙","赤味噌 半匙","白芝麻(可省略) 少许","味淋 2大匙","砂糖 少许","饮用水 1大匙"
做法

1: 酱汁拌好

2: 豆芽洗干净平铺在盘子里

3: 肉片铺在豆芽上,洒点盐、黑胡椒、米酒

4: 入锅蒸5分钟 蒸好后,把盘子里的水份沥干,淋上酱汁就ok囉
