香烤双牛起司堡
材料
"汉堡面包 3个","烟燻起司 3片","切达起司 3片","牛蕃茄 1颗","生菜 适量","牛绞肉 600g","洋葱 半颗","大蒜 2瓣","伍斯特辣醋酱油 2大匙","盐 适量","胡椒 适量","马铃薯(大) 1颗","大蒜 2瓣","迷迭香 1株","盐 适量","胡椒 适量","伍斯特辣醋酱油 2大匙","蕃茄酱 2大匙"
做法

1: 烤箱预热至180度洋葱,大蒜切细末,与所有调味料一同加入牛绞肉

2: 将步骤一反复揉捏搅拌,直到绞肉产生黏度,盖上保鲜膜放冰箱冷藏

3: 马铃薯去皮切成条状,加适量橄榄油,拍碎大蒜与迷迭香拌匀,送入烤箱烤15分钟

4: 取出汉堡肉,在烘焙纸上分成六个圆饼酱料拌匀备用

5: 取出薯条翻面,另将蕃茄切片摆上烟燻起司,连同汉堡肉送入烤箱再烤12~15分钟

6: 将面包略烤一下,依序叠上生菜>汉堡肉>酱料>切达起司>汉堡肉>酱料>蕃茄及烟燻起司,配上薯条就完成了!
