用面包机做葱花馅●面包
材料
"高筋面粉 280g","奶油 50g","砂糖 25.5g","奶粉 12g","盐 5g","鸡蛋M吋 1/2个","水 150ml","酵母粉 2.8g","青葱 66g","油 适量","盐 些许","粗粒黑胡椒 适量"
做法

1: 将 面团材料 放入面包机,按下面团行程

2: 将面团分成6-8等分(可自行调整大小) ,搓揉成球状,盖上湿布发酵约10min

3: 接着将 内馅材料 拌匀

4: 再将馅料包入面团中,盖上湿布,再放40min左右(面团长大一倍),

5: 放入预热的烤箱中,用170度烘烤12-15min(别忘了将剩下的半颗蛋汁,刷于面团表面,增加颜色)

6: 上菜了......(做不够吃~~)
