做法

1: 起油锅将醃制入味之松阪猪炒至八分熟

2: 加入葱白、红萝卜拌炒均匀,再加入高汤或水煮滚

3: 将凤梨放入洒点盐巴、糖、米酒拌炒,洒数滴太白粉水翻炒,让味道能巴覆在食材上,再撒上葱绿,淋上香油拌匀,即可
