Whiskey巧克力杯子蛋糕
材料
"过筛糖粉 175g","可可粉 50g","威士忌 50ml","奶油 225g","盐 1小撮","奶油 225g","白糖 225g","中型蛋 4颗","低筋面粉 225g","无铝泡打粉 1g","自制香草精 1茶匙","盐 1小撮","黄砂糖 2大匙","杏仁 3-4颗","白巧克力 适量"
做法

1: 先将材料秤重好,面粉过筛,奶油切丁,面粉,糖,盐,奶油,香草精放入搅拌机充分搅拌均匀,再加入蛋,一次一颗充分拌匀后再加下一颗蛋

2: 将混合好的面糊放入预热180度烤箱中烤18分钟左右

3: 将杏仁可跟杯子蛋糕一起烤10分钟拿出放凉切碎备用,黄砂糖放小锅用小火融化后成焦糖

4: 淋在烘培纸上再用碎杏仁装饰

5: 巧克力威士忌糖霜做法,可可粉与糖粉过筛备用,奶油和盐放入搅拌机打发至乳霜状,逐次加入可可粉,糖粉和威士忌充分搅拌

6: 最后把放凉的杯子蛋糕挤上巧克力威士忌糖霜淋上白巧克力插上装饰焦糖即完成
