冬莓520布丁蛋糕塔❤xmas2015
材料
"牛奶 200g","鲜奶油 50g","蛋 2颗","香草精 3g","白砂糖 20g","草莓 5颗","柠檬汁 1tbs=15g","白砂糖 6tbs=90g","白砂糖 60g","水 45g","玉米粉+水(1:3) 15:60","低筋面粉 40g","蛋 1颗","牛奶 20g","无盐奶油 15g","白砂糖 20g","香草精 2g","新鲜草莓 4颗","柠檬片 2片","酸桔 1粒"
做法

1: 准备食材:白砂糖、鸡蛋、牛奶、鲜奶油、草莓、低筋面粉

2: 60g白砂糖+45g水中小火慢煮

3: 至焦糖色再加(15g玉米粉+60g水)煮沸成焦糖液

4: 杯中先抹上奶油,再将焦糖液倒入杯中待冷即可

5: 鲜奶油+牛奶+砂糖煮至60度即可加入全蛋液、香草精拌匀成布丁液

6: 倒入杯中

7: 蛋黄+融化奶油拌匀后,再将蛋白+白砂糖打发,再加入低筋面粉轻拌即成蛋糕糊

8: 倒入杯中(面糊会轻轻漂浮在布丁液上头,小心均匀倒入)

9: 外锅2杯水蒸蛋糕,但锅盖加个筷子

10: 草莓+白砂糖+柠檬汁
