猪肉丼饭
材料
"猪梅花火锅肉片 300克","洋葱 1颗","青花菜 1朵","金针菇 1包","玉米粒 少许","鸡蛋 3颗","谷盛寿喜烧酱 4~5大匙(酌量)","奶油 1大匙","白饭 4碗","七味粉 少许"
做法

1: 拿一平底锅,放入些许奶油熔化,爆炒洋葱,加入肉片翻炒,倒入谷盛寿喜烧酱,

2: 加入青花菜~金针菇续烧(加不加少许水都可以,因为食材本身也会出水份),

3: 待食材全熟(可视寿喜烧酱加入的多寡,再调整一下咸度),淋上蛋汁,撒入玉米粒和少许黑胡椒粉,熄火,盛入覆蓋白饭上,撒些七味粉就OK囉~^^
