"花肉切片别切太薄 450g","蛋 适量","酱油 少许","食油 少许","玉米粉 适量","青椒切块 适量","红椒切块 适量","洋葱切块 适量","蒜末 少许","醋 1汤匙","番茄酱 3汤匙","盐 少许","糖 1汤匙","米酒 1汤匙","玉米粉 适量","水 1汤匙"

1: 把花肉加入腌料腌好,热好油把肉炸好备用
