香菇肉燥
材料
"绞肉 300g","荫瓜{罐头 70g左右","荫瓜酱汁 3~4大匙","香菇 4朵","蒜末 适量","水 2杯{量杯}","卤肉粉 1大匙","五香粉 适量","胡椒粉 适量","酱油 1大匙","油葱香 2大匙","鲜味炒手{鸡粉} 2分之一茶匙","米酒 1茶匙","盐巴 少许"
做法

1: {香菇先泡水}香菇切丁荫瓜剁碎备用

2: 取一锅蒜末爆香再将香菇下锅炒香

3: 将绞肉加入炒至变色加入卤肉粉胡椒粉五香粉翻炒数下加入荫瓜跟酱汁炒熟

4: 再加入所有调味料和水煮滚后放入电锅外锅2杯水即可.等电锅跳起在闷一下再取出
