鱼香肉丝
材料
"肉丝 50元","红萝卜丝 半条","葱末 3根","姜末 3片","辣椒 1条","蒜末 1蒜球","黄椒 半颗","盐 1小匙","水 1大匙","玉米粉 2匙","辣豆瓣酱 1大匙","砂糖 2小匙","酱油 2大匙","蚝油 1大匙","白醋 1小匙","香油 1小匙","水 1大匙","乌醋 1小匙","米酒 1小匙",
做法

1: 肉用醃料(盐、玉米粉)醃约5分钟,配料全部切丝跟切末

2: 酱汁(辣豆瓣酱、酱油、蠔油、白醋、乌醋、米酒、水)事先调好

3: 起油锅将肉丝(中火)炒约8分熟后,下蒜末与姜末

4: 炒香蒜姜末后,接着下红萝卜丝炒约30秒

5: 倒入事先调好的酱汁与黄椒丝(亦可改用黑木耳)

6: 拌炒至收汁入味后,起锅前撒上辣椒末与葱末、少许的香油

7: 是不是很简单^^ 若不敢吃辣者,可省掉辣椒及选不辣的豆瓣酱
