"安永鲜物鲜蚵 1/2盒","白醋1.5 匙","清酒1 匙","糖3 大匙","酱油3 大匙","胡萝卜1/2 条","味淋1 匙","鸡汤块 1/3","洋葱1/4 颗","葱白 3支","高筋面粉 适量","香料共和国-七味唐辛子 适量"
做法

1: 把安永鲜物的鲜蚵退冰待用,将胡萝卜.洋葱切丝,葱白切段备用

2: 把葱白下锅煎

3: 把酱汁煮到糖化后待凉

4: 将鲜蚵洗净沾高筋面粉

5: 葱白已煎出香气即可

6: 把煎过葱白的锅续煎鲜蚵至金黄,不要久煎会过熟

7: 把煎过的鲜蚵及葱白放入再倒入酱汁,待冷却后约6-8小时入味后食用,口味更佳
