港式经典烤焗猪排饭
材料
"饭 2碗","猪排 2块","洋葱 1/4个","青/红椒 半个","凤梨 2片","蛋 2颗","Mozzarella起司 适量","蕃茄膏 2汤匙","玉米粉 1茶匙","糖 1茶匙","水 5汤匙"
做法

1: 先用少许酱油,盐,糖醃猪排半小时。然后热锅下油,将猪排煎至金黄色,盛起备用

2: 热锅下油,炒蛋及饭,可加点杂菜,然后放入烤盘内

3: 下少许油,炒洋葱,青/红椒,再下蕃茄膏及调味料拌匀

4: 酱汁煮沸后,再下凤梨拌匀,盛起备用

5: 再在饭面放上猪排

6: 淋上蕃茄酱汁,铺满Mozzarella 起芝

7: 放入烤箱220度烤15至20分钟至表面金黄色即成!
