客家小炒
材料
"干鱿鱼 1尾","五花肉丝 100g","豆干 4块","葱段 3支","蒜段 1支","姜片 4片","辣椒 1支","薄盐酱油 2大匙","素蚝油膏 1大匙","二号砂糖 1中匙","香油 1中匙","白胡椒 适量",
做法

1: 将食材、酱料备妥;干鱿鱼先放略冲洗用热水浸泡约30分钟再切细段

2: 先将干鱿鱼略炸过沥油

3: 接着放入豆干丝炸过沥油

4: 再将葱、蒜段、辣椒、姜片爆香,放入猪肉丝拌炒

5: 最后放入干鱿鱼及豆干丝ㄧ起大火拌炒,调味即可!
