香浓茄汁嫩鸡炖饭

"米 1杯","去骨鸡腿肉 1片","蕃茄酱 半杯","黑胡椒 少许","盐 少许","青豆 适量","蒜味胡椒盐 少许","米酒 少许","高汤 3杯","洋葱 适量","甜椒 适量","奶油及橄榄油 适量","起司粉 适量"

2: 鸡腿肉用蒜味胡椒塩及米酒醃一下.米洗净,甜椒切丁.洋葱切末备用

3: 平底锅放油加入鸡腿肉炒熟盛起备用

4: 原锅放油及奶油炒香洋葱末,再放白米炒香,加入高汤炒至汤被米粒吸收,不断重复直到高汤用尽

5: 加入蕃茄酱.甜椒丁.青豆拌至均匀,再以塩.黑胡椒调味即可上桌
