焗烤马铃薯蔬菜
材料
"马铃薯 1颗","洋葱 1颗","青椒 半颗","红甜椒 半颗","黄甜椒 半颗","红萝卜 半条","蒜头 5瓣","杏包菇 1根","盐 少许","义式香料 少许","橄榄油 少许","乳酪丝 半份"
做法

1: 将洋葱切成条状、马铃薯、红萝卜、蒜头、杏包菇切成薄片,青椒、黄红甜椒切成条状备用

2: 依序炒香以上备料,洒下盐和义式香料、黑胡椒粒、淋下橄榄油。

3: 洒下浓浓的乳酪丝,放进烤箱上火220下火200约烤20分钟,视乳酪丝是否成金黄微焦,即可出炉。

4: 乳酪丝金黄微焦出炉囉~~~
