宫保皮蛋豆腐
材料
"皮蛋 3颗","蛋豆腐 1盒","黄椒 半颗","红椒 半颗","葱 4支","蒜头 8~9颗","干辣椒 8条","黄飞红麻辣花生 少许","太白粉 适量","热水 3大匙","酱油 2大匙","蕃茄酱 1大匙","细冰糖 适量","白醋 1匙","香油 少许"
做法

1: 起锅,爆香蒜块及葱白段出香味,再放入干辣椒炒香(火不可太大,以免干辣椒变黑)

2: 同上锅,放入红黄椒拌炒

3: 下调好的酱汁入锅中,倒入事先煎过的豆腐及皮蛋拌炒烧煮

4: 等到酱汁均匀沾里在食材上,酱汁略为收的时侯,放入葱绿段及花生拌炒

5: 起锅前淋入白醋拌炒,再淋上适量香油即可完成
