韩式炒牛肉 Bulgogi
材料
"沙拉油 适量","洋菇 2朵","洋葱 1颗","大辣椒 1/2枝","熟白芝麻 1茶匙","黄糖 1大匙","酱油 3大匙","米酒 1大匙","黑胡椒 1/4茶匙","芝麻油 2茶匙","碎大蒜 2茶匙","冷藏澳洲牛肉薄片 250g","或冷藏澳洲牛肉火锅片 250g"
做法

1: 将糖均匀洒在牛肉薄片上,用手抓匀后静置10分钟

2: 洋葱切丝,辣椒切丝,洋菇切片备用

3: 将醃料混合后,与牛肉拌匀再醃10分钟

4: 起油锅,洋葱炒香后加入洋菇、牛肉和醃料拌炒,牛肉变色就可加入芝麻跟辣椒丝微炒,即可起锅
