酸辣汤
材料
"鸭血 1块","豆腐 1/2盒","木耳 100g","笋丝 120g","鸡蛋 1颗","葱花 少许","太白粉 1.5大匙","乌醋 90cc","酱油 30cc","胡椒粉 1茶匙","自制辣椒酱 1茶匙","糖 少许","盐 适量","高鲜味精 适量"
做法

1: 准备好材料

2: 将木耳.笋子切成丝豆腐.鸭血切小块

3: 备一锅1400cc的高汤(或加2块排骨汤块).煮开后将豆腐.木耳.鸭血.笋丝都丢下去煮至沸腾.稍微捞一下汤表面的泡沫.

4: 接着将调味料都加入锅 小火续煮3分钟

5: 太白粉+100cc的水拌匀.芶芡芶芡好了在淋上蛋汁.起锅前 洒上葱花^^
