"夹层鲜奶油或芋泥 适量","抹茶粉,可可粉 适量","竹碳粉,南瓜粉 适量","红曲粉 适量","蛋白 6颗","糖 85g","塔塔粉 0.5g","低筋面粉 85g","蛋黄 6颗","糖 20g","盐 1g","牛奶 40g","橄榄油 40g","发粉 2g"
做法

1: 将蛋糕体蛋黄+糖+盐+牛奶+橄榄油拌匀至无颗粒,低粉&发粉过筛再加入拌匀

2: 蛋白糊蛋白以中速打发至无蛋清,糖分2~3次加入,打到干性发泡

3: 取1/3蛋白糊拌入蛋糕体,轻拌匀,再取1/3蛋白糊拌匀后倒回剩余的蛋白糊中拌匀即可

4: 将蛋糕糊倒入铺上烤纸的烤盘上抹平,敲几下,使气泡减少,160度烤约28分

5: 取出放凉,在要卷起一边轻割3刀,抹上鲜奶油或芋泥,卷成圆筒状,放冷藏定型
