蒜香盐酥鸭
材料
"鸭肉 半斤","榖盛寿喜烧 1大匙","酒 1小匙","香蒜粉 1小匙","白胡椒粉 0.5小匙","太白粉 50g","地瓜粉 50g","蒜末 1大匙","葱末 1大匙","五香粉 1小匙","黑胡椒 0.5小匙","辣椒末 适量","九层塔 1饭碗","盐 适量"

1: 备齐材料

2: 将盛壳寿喜焼1大匙,酒1小匙.香蒜粉1小匙.白胡椒粉0.5小匙和鸭肉一起醃一晚至入味

3: 太白粉及地瓜粉混合,鸭肉沾粉待反潮

4: 以160-180度油炸,起锅前再用大火逼油捞起备用

5: 锅中留少许油爆香蒜末及葱末,放入4.鸭肉同炒,再加入五香粉1小匙,黑胡椒0.5小匙.辣椒末适量及九层塔.塩适量,快炒后起锅即可上桌
