かにの白酱海鲜面
材料
"面条 80g*3","鲜奶 300cc","蒜头 6颗","奶油 3汤匙","葱花 适量","鲜味抄手 3小匙","黑胡椒粒 适量","盐巴 1汤匙","虾仁(或白虾) 9尾","小卷 3条","蛤蜊 15个","洋葱 半颗","雪白菇 适量","胡萝卜 适量","玉米笋 6根"
做法

1: 备料...所有材料都切细丁备料...所有蔬菜切小丁.海鲜类先烫过.

2: 煮一锅水.水滚了之后.加一匙盐巴~~下面条[尽量呈放射状]

3: 煮熟后[10分钟]~~~捞起....沥干水分 备用

4: 起锅,下奶油...下蒜末爆香后,加洋葱丁拌炒一下

5: 加鲜奶.....煮滚

6: 下食材与调味料,炒熟,炒入味,汤汁会稍微收干一些

7: 熄火,下面条拌炒均匀

8: 摆盘上桌,准备大快朵颐一番[喜欢吃辣...撒上七味粉...美味加分]
