做法

1: 将咖啡液材料混合均匀 优格加热至50度C加入泡软的吉利丁融化(要泡冰水)

2: 马斯卡彭起司先放室温回软+枫糖浆拌匀

4: 手指饼干沾咖啡液排入慕斯模型内围一圈底部也舖满
