印尼沙嗲
材料
"鸡胸肉 1副","蒜头 4颗切末","酱油 适量","香油 适量","糖 适量","洋葱 半颗","蒜头 3颗","柠檬 1颗","花生酱 1大匙","鱼露 1小匙","糖 适量","椰浆粉 50g"
做法

1: 准备一大碗,放入花生酱.蒜泥.洋葱泥及柠檬汁(请先下半颗,再慢慢调整成自己喜欢的味道)先拌均后,再加入椰浆充分拌匀调开,再将鱼露.糖放入调味即成酱汁

2: 将鸡肉放入平底锅或烤箱(烤约十分钟,可用竹签叉肉,看是否熟成)烤熟或煎熟,搭配酱汁食用即可完成
