韩式宴会面잔치국수
材料
"细面 适量","蛋 1颗","红萝卜 1/3条","洋葱 半颗","节瓜 1/3条","泡菜 适量","盐 适量","沙拉油 适量","牛绞肉 100g","牛骨调味酱(或酱油) 1大匙","芝麻油 1茶匙","葱花 适量","蒜泥 1颗","糖 1小匙","韩式辣椒粉 1大匙","酱油 3大匙","芝麻油 1大匙","梅子汁 1大匙","洋葱末(青葱末) 1大匙","大鱼干 适量","昆布 适量","萝卜(香菇或洋葱) 适量","酱油 一小匙","水 500CC"
做法

1: A.高汤1.萝卜切块后与鱼干、昆布入锅加水一起熬煮约15~20分钟2.最后捞出昆布与鱼干加入酱油调味

3: B.配料1.蛋加一点盐巴打散后煎成蛋皮后切丝2.洋葱、栉瓜、红萝卜切丝后分锅加盐调味炒熟3.泡菜切碎

4: C.肉酱1.所有肉酱材料混和后炒熟

5: 肉酱用的牛骨调味酱可用酱油代替

6: D.面条1.水滚后面呈扇形放入锅中,煮熟捞出2.捞起用冷水冲凉让面条更Q弹

7: E.配酱1.洋葱或青葱切末后把其他酱料混和即可 最后把面跟肉酱、配料都铺入碗中摆好盘后再加入热汤,就大功告成了,配上配酱一起吃汤面的层次会更丰富
