豉汁排骨
材料
"猪小排 1斤","青江菜 2把","豆豉 少许","酱油 3匙","米酒 2匙","盐巴 少许","糖 少许","白胡椒粉 少许","葱段 2根'量","太白粉 少许","沙拉油 3匙","蒜头老姜辣椒 适量"
做法

1: 蒜姜辣油沙拉油加热后冲至姜蒜辣末碗内

2: 猪小排加入醃料蒜姜辣油搅拌均匀

3: 放入冰箱醃制至少20分钟

4: 大同电锅隔水加热,蒸熟即可上桌
