材料
"鸡胸肉 1块","洋葱 ¼","红萝卜丝 适量","青椒 1个","太白粉 适量","☆酒 1大匙","☆酱油 1大匙","☆姜汁 1小匙","醋 60cc","砂糖 2大匙","盐 ½小匙","酱油 1大匙"
做法

1: 鸡胸肉切斜薄片

2: 1放入塑胶袋内加入醃料(☆)、用手轻轻按摩1分钟

3: 蔬菜切细丝

4: 鸡胸肉撒上太白粉

5: 4炸至金黄色捞起

6: 平底锅倒入½大匙油炒3至软化

7: 再把调味料倒入即可熄火、最后倒入5、就可上菜了
