芋头咸粥
材料
"材料 ~","芋头 4/1颗","干香菇 3朵","干虾仁 适量","红萝卜 适量","红葱头 5颗","猪绞肉 40g","白饭 一碗","调味料 ~","胡椒粉 适量","料亭和露(鲣鱼) 2匙"
做法

1: 倒入一大匙油.用小火炒酥红葱头~备用

2: 再用红葱酥油炒香猪绞肉.用炒出的猪油炒香菇.红萝卜.虾米.....

3: 芋头切条.先稍煎(炸)过再使用.这样煮起咸粥会更快.汤头也会比较快有浓浓的芋头味~

4: 把炒好的料和白饭.用滚水一起煮到入味.软烂就可以

5: 熄火前加入2匙和露和适量的胡椒粉

6: 完成简单的芋头粥品
