酸辣汤
材料
"肉丝 200G","豆腐 一盒","鸭血 2块","笋丝 2斤","金针菇 一包","蛋 3个","自制辣椒酱 随意","盐 0.7大匙","柴鱼粉 一匙","胡椒粉 随意","酱油 1.5大匙","白醋 2大匙","黑醋 2大匙"
做法

1: 肉丝加少许调味醃制

2: 炒至7分熟(不炒也可以)

3: 鸭血和豆腐怯切丝先放入水中

4: 爆香葱头和辣椒酱加入笋丝和金针菇炒一下(香味来源)

5: 倒入汤锅中煮沸,勾芡,淋入蛋液,最后加入黑醋和白醋

6: 撒上胡椒粉和香菜或葱花就完成囉^_^
