1: 苦瓜对切去籽后切块 起一油锅,将苦瓜下锅快炒,然后加入约600c.c.的水、酱油跟糖下去闷煮约30分,至苦瓜入色后,加入少许的豆豉,煮滚后就可以起锅囉~~
