宫保鸡丁
材料
"鸡胸肉 300g","洋葱 半颗","熟去皮花生粒 适量","葱 2根","大蒜 适量","干辣椒 8根","生辣椒 1根","辣豆瓣酱 1大匙","酱油膏 2大匙","绍兴酒 1大匙","地瓜粉 1小匙","酱油 1小匙","米酒 1小匙"
做法

1: 鸡胸肉洗净后切大约2cm小丁

2: 将鸡肉丁与醃料一起稍微抓醃30分钟

3: 洋葱切丁,葱切段并将葱白与葱绿分开干辣椒剪大约3cm长度,生大椒切小粒,大蒜切末备用

4: 起一热锅加入1大匙油姜大蒜与生辣椒干辣椒爆香

5: 炒出香气后,姜辣椒拨到锅边加入鸡丁快速翻炒至稍微变色

6: 豆瓣酱与酱油膏一起下锅烧出酱气,继续拌炒,再加入葱白炒到鸡肉拌熟再加入洋葱与葱白继续炒到熟

7: 起锅前炝入绍兴酒与葱绿还有花生,即可以盛盘
