宫保鸡丁

材料

"鸡胸肉 300g","蒜末 2颗","葱段 1小条","辣椒圈 1小条","辣椒干 1小条","花生 1大匙","花椒粒 1/2小匙","香油 1小匙","沙拉油 2小匙","酱油 2大匙","酒 1小匙","醋 1小匙","糖 1小匙(5g)","香油 1/2小匙","酱油 1大匙(15g)","酒 1小匙","胡椒 适量","太白粉 1/3小匙"

做法

    1: 鸡肉切丁入醃料醃

    2: 准备花生、花椒粒,葱、蒜、辣椒跟辣椒干切适当大小

    3: 热锅放入香油跟沙拉油爆香花椒粒后,取出花椒粒

    4: 另一炒锅热油锅半煎炒鸡丁至五分熟(炸亦可)

    5: 用刚爆香的花椒油爆香蒜末、葱白跟辣椒干

    6: 加入半熟的鸡丁、辣椒跟调味料炒熟鸡丁

    7: 起锅前加入葱绿跟花生拌炒一下即可
