糖醋排骨
材料
"凤梨罐头 半瓶","洋葱 半颗","红椒 半颗","青椒 1颗","软排骨 2~3人","蛋液 少许","酒 适量","酱油 适量","地瓜粉 适量","糖 4匙","白醋 4匙","蕃茄酱 4匙","水 8匙","香油 适量","太白粉水 适量"
做法

1: 软排骨用醃肉料醃制约十分,接着沾地瓜粉放置反潮入锅油炸至金黄熟成盛起

2: 利用锅中的油,将青椒.红椒.洋葱.凤梨片入锅过油略为拌炒盛起

3: 准备一碗,先调好糖醋酱汁及太白粉水,准备一锅,将糖醋酱汁入锅煮滚,倒入排骨及蔬菜拌炒收汁,再下太白粉水芶芡,起锅淋上少许香油即可完成
