黄金鸡翅 【淬酿开运年菜】
材料
"主材料 ~","鸡翅 8只","糯米椒 1盒","大红辣椒 2只","蒜头 5颗","姜片 5片","调味料 ~","香油 1大匙","淬酿鲣鱼酱油露 4大匙","米酒 1大匙","水 200CC","糖 2小匙","胡椒粉 少许"
做法

1: 备料~糯米椒和辣椒切粒.鸡翅去掉鸡翼尖.使用鸡中翼料理.看起来就像黄金条(过年更讨喜)

2: 鸡翅平底锅干煎.不需再加沙拉油.逼出鸡油.等等炒蔬菜

3: 鸡翅两面煎到金黄色.就可加入姜片和蒜头.此时加入香油.炒出蒜香

4: 接下来放入米酒.淬酿鲣鱼酱油露4匙.糖.水煨煮.让鸡翅软烂

5: 鸡翅软烂后在加入糯米椒和辣椒.翻炒.酱汁收干后.洒上胡椒粉
