青椒镶肉
材料
"青椒 2-3个","绞肉 150g","洋葱丁 40g","蛋 1/2个","面包粉 1.5大匙","日式美奶滋 1大匙","胡椒盐 少许","低筋面粉 少许","鸡粉 1/2小匙","蕃茄酱 2大匙","酱油 2小匙","砂糖 2小匙","奶油 1/2大匙","水 80ml"
做法

1: 将绞肉和洋葱丁,蛋,面包粉和美奶滋,胡椒盐 拌匀.

2: 青椒切成2公分高度后仔细沾上面包粉.

3: 再将肉塞进青椒中填满.

4: 锅中放少许油后用小火慢慢将青椒肉煎熟.煎熟后再将调味料拌匀倒入.煮到汤汁快收干即可 p.s:1.日本青椒和台湾的青椒大小不同.所以青椒的数量请再自行斟酌.2.台湾美奶滋比日本的较甜.日本的美奶滋味道也较浓厚一些.
