野菇栗子鸡肉炖饭
材料
"去骨鸡腿 一只","白米 半杯","红萝卜 一小段","生鲜菇 3朵","红葱头 三粒","青菜 (随自己喜欢","白酒 20CC","高汤(或水) 500CC","植物油 酌量","栗子 15粒","胡椒 酌量","盐 酌量","味素 酌量"
做法

1: 先把栗子先放入电锅用一杯水蒸熟(备用)将鸡腿切块,红葱头,香菇切片,红萝卜切丁(备用) 热锅加入少许的植物油,放入红葱头煸香

2: 再加入香菇与红萝卜拌炒

3: 将红萝卜炒软,生鲜菇炒到上色

4: 再加入鸡肉快速拌炒,至鸡肉上色

5: 再加入米粒与栗子拌炒

6: 加入白酒拌匀,再加入高汤水煮沸腾后加入所有(调味)转小火,盖锅盖慢炖

7: 至米粒呈现膨胀,及汤汁收干放入喜欢的青菜再盖上锅盖,一分钟后即可掀盖

8: 略为拌匀即可呈上盘享扑鼻的野菇香气及迷迷....桑桑....的野菇栗子鸡肉炖饭....
