1: 食材备料

2: 起一锅热水,先以热水烫花枝在旁边备用,水不要倒掉

3: 将拉面入滚水中煮熟,后捞起备用

4: 起一热油锅,放入姜末炒香后再放入蒜末、猪肉及洋葱,将洋葱炒软变色后

5: 将韩国辣椒酱入锅炒香,颜色出来后再放入高丽菜翻炒

6: 将拉面入锅翻炒后放入鱼板,再以调味料2.3.4调味

7: 之后再将豆芽菜放入锅中拌一下即可盛盘
