枫采琳之.....低卡美生菜鸡肉
材料
"1:新鲜生玉米粒 1包","2:葱末 适量","3:去皮鸡腿肉 1只","4:洋葱 1颗","5:香菜 依个人喜好","6:酱油 少许","7:白芝麻由 少许","8:美生菜 1颗","9:柠檬 半颗"
做法

1: 将7:白芝麻油拌炒1一3直至熟透(去皮鸡腿要切小块喔)再加入6:酱油炒出香味装盘

2: 将9:美生菜一片片拨开洗净备用 5:香菜切细末

3: 最后用美生菜包起1作法加上香菜...柠檬可依个人喜好可加可不加喔!!
