红萝卜杯子蛋糕 Carrot CupCake
材料
"核桃(压碎)1 杯","新鲜红萝卜(刨丝)2 杯","杏仁片 适量","低筋面粉2 杯","小苏打粉1 teaspoon","泡打粉2 teaspoon","盐1 teaspoon","肉桂粉2 teaspoon","豆蔻粉1/2 teaspoon","细砂糖1 杯","沙拉油1 杯","蛋(大)4 个","无糖奶油(融化)1/4杯 (50g)","凤梨(打成泥或剁碎)1杯 (240g)"
做法

1: 预热烤箱180C 把干料(面粉,盐,苏打粉,泡打粉,肉桂粉,豆蔻粉)加在一起,拌匀备用。

2: 把蛋,沙拉油跟砂糖倒入,打到混合均匀。倒入融好的奶油,凤梨泥继续打。

3: 把干料加入步骤二的湿料中,混匀。

4: 用抹刀把红萝卜丝拌入,

5: 然后扮入核桃碎粒

6: 分装烤杯中,约八分满。上头加点杏仁片。

7: 入烤箱180度,烤25-30分,或者当筷子插入不会沾黏筷子时就完成。
