Preheat the oven to 400 Fahrenheit (204 Celsius)
Put the sugar and flour in a bowl
Melt butter, oil, cocoa powder and water in a pan. Bring to a boil.
Pour the mixture into the sugar flour bowl.
Pour the vinegar into the milk, or use buttermilk.
Put eggs, vanilla and baking soda into the bowl. Mix well.
Pour it in a baking pan. Bake it for 20 minutes.
For the frosting, it's optional. Melt butter, milk and cocoa powder in a pan.
Powder sugar, vanilla and if you want, a cup of chopped walnuts or other nuts you want to put in a bowl.
Pour the mixture in the bowl. Mix well.
Put the forsting on the top.
