香蕉酸忌廉饱

材料

做法

  1. 1: 预热焗炉华氏300度。 Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).

  2. 2: 先将4个7X3吋长型蛋糕盆涂上薄牛油。 Grease four 7x3 inch loaf pans.

  3. 3: 小容器内,将1/4杯白糖,1茶匙玉桂粉均匀后,轻洒上已有牛油的蛋糕盆。 In a small bowl, stir together 1/4 cup white sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Dust pans lightly with cinnamon and sugar mixture.

  4. 4: 大容器内,先将湿材料,牛油打溶加入2杯白糖搅匀。然后加入蛋、香蕉酱、酸忌廉、香草精、玉桂粉。 In a large bowl, cream butter and 2 cups sugar. Mix in eggs, mashed bananas, sour cream, vanilla and cinnamon.

  5. 5: 再将干材料,盐,疏打粉,中根面粉搅匀,分三至四次加进湿材料。最后一次加入合桃仁。把搅好的粉浆分别加进蛋糕盆。Mix in salt, baking soda and flour. Stir in nuts. Divide into prepared pans.

  6. 6: 焗大约1小时,直至牙签插入饱中,抽出没有湿材料黏着。完成。待凉后切片。Bake for 1 hour, until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
