魔鬼蛋Devilled egg

1: 水煮鸡蛋10分钟，放进凉开水里剥壳；牛油果取切半；Hard boil eggs for 10 mins, take the shell. Halve the avocado.

2: 鸡蛋切半，取蛋黄3个；Halve the eggs and take 3 yolks out.

3: 蛋黄和牛油果放进搅拌器，加入盐和黑胡椒粉；Put yolk and avocado into the blender with salt and black pepper powder.

4: 搅拌均匀后放进挤花袋；After well blending, bring to the piping bag.

5: 在蛋白凹处挤出花；Pipe into the whites.
