荞麦炸酱面
材料
"雁门清高有机纯苦荞粉 50g","高筋面粉 200g","洋葱 100g","胡萝卜 半根","黄瓜 半根","五花肉 400g","韩式炸酱 适量","生抽 适量","老抽 适量","油盐 适量","白芝麻 适量","水 适量",
做法

1:雁门清高有机纯苦荞粉和高筋面粉按照1:4的比例混合;

2:加入适量水,少量油和盐,和成硬一点的面团,分成面剂子,切成面条;

3:韩式炸酱三大勺,生抽两大勺,老抽一大勺,外加白芝麻一大勺倒入碗中,加一点点水泄开即可;

4:五花肉肥瘦分开切粒,加入料酒和胡椒粉腌制15分钟;胡萝卜和洋葱切碎备用;

5:热锅凉油放入葱爆香,然后倒入五花肉煸炒成透明状,倒入洋葱和胡萝卜翻炒2分钟,倒入兑好的酱汁;

6:小火炒香后加入一碗水烧上5-8分钟收汁即可,可适量加入盐;

7:锅中烧开水,下面条,煮熟捞出,过凉水;

8:浇上炒好的炸酱,Q弹美味的荞麦炸酱面就完成啦!
