"白虾 半斤","蒜末 7颗","辣椒 2根","湿豆鼓 1.5匙","麻油 1.5匙","蚝油 1匙"
1、先以麻油爆香蒜末辣椒后加入湿豆鼓
2、香味出来之后加入虾子(虾身的壳剥掉)蚝油还有一点水,熟成稍微收汁即可起锅✅完成
