松软比司吉饼干

材料

面粉Flour 2杯cups,白糖Sugar1 大匙tbsp.,泡打粉BakingPowder1 大匙tbsp.,盐Salt 1小匙tsp.,奶油Butter 1/2杯cup,白脱鲜乳Buttermilk 3/4杯cup

做法

1、烤箱预热450F/230C. 在大搅拌盆里, 扮进面粉, 白糖, 泡打粉, 与盐.Preheat the oven to 450F/230C. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

2、加入奶油, 一块一块慢慢放. 慢慢搅拌. Add the butter one by one and mix slowly.

3、最后加入白脱鲜乳, 搅拌均匀. Add the buttermilk and mix until just combined.

4、将烤盘放上烤纸后抹上少许油.Line a baking sheet and brush some oil on evenly.

5、面团拿出来用擀面棍稍微压扁, 折叠后对折再稍微压扁. 用饼干模具切出喜爱的形状. (English instruction below) Turn the dough out and roll flat then fold and roll flat again. Cut biscuits out of the dough using desired size of biscuit cutter.

6、放在烤盘上后烤10-12分钟, 或烤至稍微焦黄. 趁热上菜!Place on prepared baking sheet and bake 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy!
