鲁肉饭
材料
"五花肉 1000g","绞肉 800g","红葱头(油炸)(红葱头酥 5颗","红葱头 2颗","洋葱 一颗","香菇 10颗","蒜头 1整颗","蛋 5颗","白胡椒粉 适量","五香粉 适量","蜂蜜 3匙","冰糖 适量","酱油 一碗"
做法

1: 将五花肉用电锅蒸熟后切成小块

2: 将绞肉下锅炒熟 再放入切好的五花肉一起炒放切碎的蒜头一起炒

3: 切好洋葱丁 红葱头片 及香菇丁

4: 之后下锅炒洋葱 红葱头 及 香菇 (还可加油葱酥或自己炸的红葱头酥)炒好后与肉放在一起

5: 加入酱油和糖与料均匀炒过加水 淹过所有的料

6: 煮到都入味并且有点黏黏的就完成了可加上煮熟的蛋一起下去卤
