超简单莎莎酱
材料
"牛蕃茄 4颗","洋葱 1颗","蒜头 8颗","香菜或九层塔 少许","橄榄油 100cc","糖 4小匙","盐 2/1小匙","红酒醋 50cc","柠檬汁 半颗","黑胡椒粉 2/1小匙",
做法

1: 将牛蕃茄(用小蕃茄也可)、洋葱、蒜头全切碎

2: 将调味料(其中,红酒醋可全用柠檬汁取代)全加入

3: 搅拌均匀、放入保鲜盒或玻璃罐内放至一天,即可食用(吃多少取多少出来,汤匙要干净干的别有水哦)
